Initial Consultations
All individual initial consultations are free and without obligation. The consultation lasts 30-45 minutes and we can do this on the phone, online or in person. It's important to make sure that we are able to establish a relationship and can work together, plus I need to gather some details to make sure I am the best person to help you.

For couple therapy there is a small fee of £25 and the session lasts an hour.
